1. Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item is in its original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging).
- The item was purchased directly from our website (https://worldviral.xyz/).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@worldviral.xyz with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used or altered from their original condition
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@worldviral.xyz with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide you with a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
